FSMA Truck Regulations Are Here To Stay

In April of 2017,  the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) rule on Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food went into partial effect. These new rules require logs, washing, and temperature control among others. These areas can be a challenge to smaller manufacturers, who’s compliance deadline is April of 2018.
